What to do with Loneliness

Loneliness is something that will follow the living till their end. Loneliness is like the dark side of the living that can be the reason to do what we're doing. For some introvert people loneliness is the nightmare that happen not only in their dreams but also their reality. Loneliness become their company whether they want it or not. Now, psychologists and experts often talk about this what they call a kind of psychological condition. According to Wikipedia,
Loneliness is a complex and usually unpleasant emotional response to isolation or lack of companionship. Loneliness typically includes anxious feelings about a lack of connection or communication with other beings, both in the present and extending into the future. As such, loneliness can be felt even when surrounded by other people. The causes of loneliness are varied and include social, mental, emotional or even physical factors.
But according to my view, Loneliness is some fear that will block all the possibility to be happy. In some positive way of thinking, loneliness can make people keep in touch with each other, being open, and come closer. And in other hand, there are also people who think that loneliness is the worst thing of all so the choose to leave their life. As the one who face loneliness everyday, i should have found a way to fight it. I do, some times, when i'm lucky enough to find a reason not to be lonely.

I think the best way to get away from our loneliness is to ask to our self, "why?"
Why exactly that we're feeling so lonely all this time? Then the answers will come like a waterfall along with the memories we have.

  • I'm afraid to be rejected
  • I don't have enough courage to face people
  • I think i'm worse than other people
  • No body could understand me
  • I think we don't have similarity
  • I think i'm different
  • I'm too busy to socialize
  • I'm better than all those people so why should i go with them?

So, is there at least one that match your reason?

Then please re-think of it. Is that reason just an excuse? Don't you think that your memories have tricked you? Are you sure that you don't have good memories with someone? Maybe you just forget how not to be lonely. Try to re-remember and step out of your small room and find a bigger one. Just a little hope is enough. Feed it with reasons why you don't have to be lonely. There are billions people on earth. There are billions difference personalities. And there are billions possibilities to meet a new friend, a new love, and a new life. You may need a courage to face it all. And when you already found it, you may need more than a courage to keep it, to protect it, to never let it go, and to let go when it has to be. So, i think life is busier that we thought... I guess there's no time to hesitate... We need to live and we deserve to be happy.

Dimash Kudaibergen - Димаш Құдайберген

Well, recently i accidentally watched his video on Youtube when he was performing in some China's TV Program and i was completely amazed with his performance. So, here's a little biography of this amazing singer.

Dimash Kudaibergen is an amazing singer with amazingly unique and amazingly great range of voice. He was born in 24 May 1994 in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. It's also known that he is the son of Honoured Artist in Kazakhstan, Kanat and Svetlana Aitbayev. When he was studying in National Art University (2015) he joined Slavonic Bazaar on Vitebsk and on his first performance he got 89 out of 90 points for singing the song Blizzard by Christina Orbakaite then 86 points for singing Grégory Lemarchal’s SOS d'un Terrien en Détresse. And finally at the end of the contest he won the grand prize plus $20,000.

Due to his achievements and performances there has been rumors and speculations that he may represent Kazakhstan at Eurovision if Khabar TV joined the EBU this year. It is said that some local artists and celebs also thought that he would be the ideal candidate since they have seen his performance in the contest and his winning have already prove that he have quality for representing Kazakhstan. However, according to Wikipedia, Kazakhstan was not on the official participation list which is released by the EBU on 31 October 2016.

Apparently, this year Dimash stepped out of his birth country and start his debut in China by joining Hunan Television's Singer 2017. The program have been already aired since 21 January and will end in 22 April 2017.

I assure you that his performances on the program is really stunning. His lungs ability is really amazing not to mention his major soul and style of singing. He hypnotized all the audiences and made me trembling and amazed. It was really spectacular. I love when he sang Opera 2. Here's some video i found on youtube.

Isn't he amazing and mesmerazing??
Lol >///<

Cycling In Japan

Tonight i wanna talk about cycling. Well, in my point of view, cycling is one of fun ways of exercising to keep our health fit. By cycling you can feel the breeze of the wind against your face while enjoying the scenery.

Unfortunately my town is one of unfriendly places to cycling. There are too many transportation on the road. Too many inpatient drivers. And there is no cycling trail. Though sometimes i see some people ride bicycle on the road, i don't really think it's safe.

But once of every week there is a day called "car-free-day". It's a day which should be no transportation machine on the road. It is. But in fact it's only for 3 hours long and in a (i-can-say-it) short area of the road.

My friend told me that sometimes he cycling back home from kitakyusu to tokushima (if i'm not wrong). It's about 100 km away... Wow... right? If that's me, i'll choose ride shinkansen instead... lol. But to know that he can ride a bicycle that far, there should be lots of comfortable and safe tracks for cycling. I wish i can cycling under the sakura season.. it could be paradise.

By the way i just knew that there are strict rules regarding ride a bicycle in japan such as mention in a site named survivingnjapan, the rules are:
  • Riding while carrying an umbrella, listening to an iPod, or talking on the phone are prohibited
  • All bikes are required to have a bell and a headlamp (if riding at night)
  • It is illegal to ride tandem bicycle (except in Nagano)
  • Also illegal riding with a passenger (with the exception of a child below the age of six).
  • A cyclist may carry one child under the age of six in a designated child seat
  • Children under the age of 13 years must wear a bike helmet
  • Bicycles must be registered in the owner’s name at the prefectural police department
  • and so on...
Just remember if you broke one the the rules above you could have to pay  ¥500,000 fine as the penalty. But do not worry, if you are lucky enough you won't meet a strict police. In reality even most of the police often ignored some of those rules above such as listening to music or riding with a passenger. But still you should be more careful. Maybe you need a guide. It could be a great idea if you have couch surfing friends. It can lower your budget too.

Hmmm... that's all i can share tonight... to think that it's a brief share i don't know if that's help you gain more knowledge... lol, still... thanks for reading and if you have more information regarding this topic, i'm waiting for your comment.

Thank you. good night. :3

Basic Information about Japanese “Money”

Basic Information about Japanese “Money” (Translated From Matcha)

“Yen” the absolute money that needed when you travel to japan. In this article, we will introduce the basic information about Japanese “money”.

Cash money

When you travel to japan there’re many way to carry your money such as cash, credit card, international credit card, traveler’s check, and so on. If in any case you want to avoid when there’s some trouble, rather than one method, we recommended numbers of way that suits you to use.

Cash.

Cash is useful when you pay with fine money. Places where you can exchange your money are airport, exchange money counter in a big bank, post office, exchange money shop, cash voucher shop (a shop which sell discount coupon ticket) and so on. In the town of rural places to exchange money such as airport is rare so it’s safe if you exchange the money at the airport, a bank or post office of a large town.

Also, if your Japanese money is still remained when you’ll return home, there’ll a fee (commission) 2 times to exchange it again, so it’s best if you don’t leave any money remain.

Credit card

There’re place where you can use for a lot of popular credit card brand. But still there are times you can’t use your credit card when you purchase in a small shop, or a small bank.

International cash card

From Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation site

In my country we’re using bank card and credit card from a mark named “Plus”, and the card can be used in foreign countries where you can get the money in Japanese yen from an ATM of the same group (alliance). There are ATM in airport, train station, bank, convenience and so on.

Traveler’s Check

Traveler’s check can be used in such place like banks, hotels, and the change will be give in Japanese yen. Let’s note that credit card and such can’t be often used in a small shop.

Tips to Know

Consumption tax exemption

The shopping in Japan will take 8% consumption tax, for some stores which allow tax-free, shopping of a total of 10,801 yen or more per day (such as food, cosmetics, etc. more than 5,401 yen) customers will not have to pay the tax. At the time you go shopping, you can go to the tax-free counter and you don’t have to pay the consumption tax. Or, on the same day after the shopping is finished you can go to customer service center then show your purchase, the receipt, and your password, then you can get your consumption tax return.

Tips

In Japan, tip doesn’t payed. Even in restaurants and taxis, or when your luggage have been carried at the hotel, you don’t need to pay the tip. In addition, almost no one sell things with force or high price, so I think you can enjoy travel safely.

How to get low price for your meal and restaurants mini information

If you come to Shinjuku this is the only place I want to visit! Mote than the Japanese of well-established 6 yen store

Though there are many people think that prices in Japan are too high, but if you can choose the location wisely, you can also find places with low price. In the canteen (Japanese store which provide a set menu that can be eaten cheaply) and chain stores, you can enjoy delicious Japanese menu less than 1,000 yen, at a convenience store, a lunch and bread is more cheaper.

In addition, in the restaurant water and tea will be given by free even without an order, you can drink as many as you can. Since the Japan's water supply is secure, it is safe to drink directly from the tap water in the hotel.

Shopping’s Habit

Because it takes money to get the bag in the supermarket, most of Japanese people bring their own Eco-bag. But, wrapping in the department store is free. If you say "This is for a present", they will give you a beautiful wrapping. For things that can be easily broken, sometimes it will be wrapped for its secure. The wrapping can be cost money or even free for some things, but if you choose the ones that cost money, it will be wrapped beautifully. It will be better asking to wrap souvenir for people important to you.

Unusual thing to introduce the basic information about the Japanese money. Japan, is one of the safest countries in the world. So, Gourmet, sightseeing, and shopping, please enjoy the Japanese travel by all means.

Talk About Happiness : What is Happiness?

Sometimes, i’m wondering about what is exactly we’re searching for in our short life… Is it money? is it power? is it love? No, I think it’s not… I think we are all looking for happiness…

With money people think they could buy happiness…

With power people think they can protect their happiness…

With love people think that they have finally found happiness…

But what is the truly meaning of happiness? They said that happiness can be found in many ways… Even the smallest happiness can be found in the smallest thing we do in our daily life, such breathing… isn’t it?

I’ve been told that happiness is a peace in mind and heart. When your mind and heart can find peace you can find happiness. Do you think that is true? Please be honest for your self.

Having a family is the happiness that God gives to us since we were born. We are feeling peace since there’re family who will protecting and watching us while we’re learning to survive.

Then we’ll have friends. Deep down inside we’ll have another peace that there’re friends who will listen to our stories, who will share every joy and sadness.

When we have grown… there’re more complicated ways to reach our happiness… we’re looking for money, power, and love. We’re dreaming and aiming. Then we’ll forget the truly happiness is.

There are problems, troubles, obstacles… Then we believe our ego, we follow our selfishness, we’re afraid of losing while we are completely losing our happiness… there’s no more peace in our mind and heart. We forget where to find our happiness so we’ll take every happiness we think we could got.

For some people who blessed they will not forget where to find their happiness. Even though, sometimes they have to fight for their happiness.

For me the truly happiness can not be found in everything but my self. It’s the way my mind think and the way my heart feel.

Even in the saddest thing there’s happiness if we could think and we could feel. But often we just forget…

p.s do you remember where to find your happiness? have you got your happiness? will you fight for it?
